Using the site
A few ground rules for terrariumlabs.dev. By browsing or buying here, you agree to them.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Don't try to break, overload, or mass-scrape it, and don't use it to harm others or infringe anyone's rights.
Good faith, not guarantees
The writing, benchmarks, and experiments here are shared in good faith. They can change without notice and may contain mistakes — we don't warrant that everything is current, complete, or error-free.
Content & intellectual property
What's ours, and what you're free to do with it.
Our content
The writing, designs, branding, and code on this site belong to Terrarium Labs unless noted otherwise. You're welcome to read it, link to it, and quote it with attribution — just don't republish whole pieces as your own.
Code & downloads
Code samples and downloadable files are provided as-is, with no warranty, for you to learn from and use in your own projects. Use them at your own risk — we're not responsible for how they behave in your codebase.
Courses & ebooks
When paid courses and ebooks become available, these terms cover them.
Purchases
Payments are processed by Stripe. Buying a course or ebook grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use it — not to resell, share, or redistribute it.
Refunds
If something isn't right, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it fair. Because these are digital products you get access to immediately, refunds outside that are at our discretion.
Pricing & changes
Prices and course contents may change over time. Whatever terms and price you agreed to at the moment of purchase apply to that purchase.
Client work is separate
Consulting, refactoring, and any hands-on engagement are governed by a separate written agreement we sign with you — not by these site terms. If the two ever conflict for that work, the signed agreement always wins.
Liability & disclaimers
The honest limits, stated plainly.
No warranty
The site and everything on it are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Educational content is exactly that — not a guarantee of any particular result in your own work.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Terrarium Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, its content, or its downloads.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms as the site and its products evolve; the date at the top shows the last change. These terms are governed by the laws of [add your jurisdiction]. Questions? Email hello@terrariumlabs.dev.
