Your data, kept to a minimum

We collect as little as possible, work with a handful of trusted providers, and never sell what little we hold. Here's exactly what that means.

Last updated · June 2026

What we collect

Only what's needed to talk with you, take a payment, and keep the site running — nothing for advertising, and nothing we sell.

Messages you send

When you email us or use a contact form, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We keep it only as long as it's useful to help you.

Course sign-ups

If you join a course waitlist or cohort, we store your email address so we can let you know when it opens — and nothing more.

Payments

Payments run through Stripe. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers, only a record that a payment was made.

Server logs

Cloudflare keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, timestamps — to serve the site and protect it from abuse.

Who handles it

A short list of trusted providers, each doing exactly one job. No data brokers, no ad networks.

Cloudflare

Hosting & security

Serves the site and holds the standard server logs. Privacy policy

Stripe

Payments

Processes transactions and stores the billing data the law requires. Privacy policy

Proton

Email

Hosts our inbox, which is where your messages to us live. Privacy policy

What we'll never do

The short list that matters most — and the part we don't expect you to take on faith.

No advertising or tracking pixels

There are no third-party ad networks, no marketing pixels, and no scripts watching what you do here.

No behavioral profiling

We don't run cross-site analytics or build a profile of you. We're a studio, not an ad business.

No selling your data

We never sell, rent, or share your information for marketing. Ever.

Cookies & on-device storage

Only the strictly necessary cookies Cloudflare needs for security. We also keep a couple of preferences — like your light or dark theme — in your browser's local storage; that stays on your device, is never sent to us, and isn't used to track you. Nothing here asks for a consent banner.

Your rights & choices

Wherever you are, you can see what we hold and ask us to remove it.

Access & deletion

Email hello@terrariumlabs.dev and we'll tell you what's on file and delete it on request.

GDPR & CCPA

If you're in the EU, the UK, or California, your rights under those laws apply here. Exercise any of them by emailing us — there's no form to fight through.

Retention

Contact emails are kept only as long as they're useful. Stripe retains payment records for as long as the law requires of it.

Questions about your data?

Email hello@terrariumlabs.dev and we'll answer plainly — the same as everything else here. If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.

Let's design a system your team will still understand in five years.
